What is Life Coaching?
Who is it for?

Life Coaching is for everyone who has some goals and might like to have guidance as well as someone at their side who holds one accountable and nudges one forward when they feel stuck. It’s for everyone who feels overwhelmed by their day-to-day life and wants to change this or who wants to improve their self-confidence or find their life purpose. For someone who wishes to see more or other possibilities for themselves and someone who wants to understand their personal value and belief system and how these show up in all areas of our lives.

  • What is Life Coaching?
    Life Coaching is for everyone who has some goals and might like to have guidance and someone who holds them accountable and nudges them forward when they feel stuck. It’s for everyone who feels overwhelmed by their day-to-day life and wants to change this or who wants to improve their self-confidence or find their life purpose. For someone who wishes to see more or other possibilities for themselves and someone who wants to understand their personal value and belief system and how these show up in all areas of our lives. Oprah Daily puts it this way: Think of a life coach like an action-oriented mentor who can help you reach your goals. A life coach is someone who can help you identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles which are holding you back. A life coach is not a therapist. Life coaching focuses on what is happening in your life right now and what you want next and helps you to guide you through this gap. Life coaching focuses on clients’ goals, the motivation behind those, on identifying obstacles that keep getting in the way and setting up a system for the client to take empowered action steps towards their individual goals. This is also true when it comes to health coaching.
  • With which kinds of clients do I work?
    I especially work with clients who have too much stress in their lives, who worry about too many things and who want to reduce stress, who want to gain more self -confidence, who want to trust in themselves, who want to find some peace and calm in an otherwise busy lifestyle. Clients who want to have more energy, and who want to feel fulfilled, better organized. I also work with clients who want to find their life purpose, but either have no idea of where to start or how to go about it or who simply feel stuck at a certain point in their lives. With clients who feel like they have lost their way or don’t have a clear vision of their future. While helping my clients with those topics I also coach them on healthier habits around nutrition and movement.
  • What type of personality do I work best with and what is expected of my clients?
